The WINDI System is an institutional workflow system implementing a Pre-AI Governance Layer that ensures human sovereignty over all institutional decisions.

2. Architecture

Interaction Layer: A4 Desk BABEL interface.

Processing Layer: WINDI Core with Constitutional Validator.

Infrastructure: SQLite, Forensic Ledger, Backups.

Part II: Human Oversight Model

Human-in-the-Loop Requirement

No output may be used institutionally without human validation.

Oversight Roles

Operators: First-level oversight, task submission.

Guardian: Governance authority, defines boundaries.

Architect: Technical integrity, system design.

Only necessary data should be entered. System does not claim ownership of user data.

Storage

Documents: SQLite · Audit: Forensic Ledger (permanent) · Sessions: Memory (temporary)

Access Control

Restricted to authorized users. No anonymous access permitted.
